Fodder factory “MAXIPROTEIN“ A.D. from Požega is specialised in the production and sales of cattle, sheep, pig and poultry fodder. The factory’s product portfolio includes all types of concentrate, and it also produces fodder upon special requests of clients. In addition, the factory sells maize, maize fodder flour, wheat fodder flour, rapeseed pulp, sunflower and soy crushed oilseed.

A.D. FSH Maxi Protein was built in the 1970s. The factory operated within Pančevo-based “GRANEXPORT”, and since November 07, 2007, it has been an independent legal entity within MK Group. It is strategically well positioned, since Požega is a road and railway meeting point. In addition to the local market, the factory is also export-oriented and distributes its products to the markets of Montenegro and Macedonia.

The factory uses the latest production technology and raw materials of plant origin. It applies the ISO 9001 standard and operates under the HACCP system. The factory also has 12,000t-capacity silos, and storing facilities which can store additional 7,000t of raw materials for concentrate production.

The factory has launched export activities and expanded its operations to sales of high-demand mineral fertilisers.

It also has a laboratory for quality control of raw materials and finished products. An industrial railway passes through the factory, making transportation easier.
